WELCOME TO THE SUNSHINE CITY

Here at Team Silvers we absolutely love St. Petersburg! As long time residents, we’ve witnessed the city burgeon and boom. If you’re considering a move we hope “The Burg” makes your short list of possible destinations. We’re surrounded by beauty and endless possibilities, here are just a few reasons you’ll love it too.

Nothing but Sunshine Baby-We average 761 days of sunshine per year, thus The Sunshine City moniker. St. Petersburg holds the world record for continuous sunshine at 768 days.
Water Views-Pinellas County has 588 miles of coastline and 35 miles of pristine beaches. St. Pete Beach was named

Downtown St. Petersburg
TripAdvisor’s # two beach in the U.S. in 2020 and #16 in the world! With only 12 miles of land between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay, you’re never far from a day at the beach.

Foodie Mecca- USA Today included St. Pete in its list of the five most underrated food cities on the East Coast. With internationally recognized chefs and new restaurants opening weekly, we’ve become a foodie paradise.

Parks and Rec- Sporting close to 40,000 acres of public park space, St. Pete beat out Orlando and Miami for the title of “Best Parks in Florida” awarded by the national non-profit Trust for Public Lands. Located at the southern tip of Pinellas County, Ft. Desoto park is an ocean paradise that is routinely ranked in the top 20 state parks in the United States.

Relax!-According to Niche.com, St. Petersburg ranked 3rd in the nation for best place to retire based on number of retirees, access to healthcare, overall climate and entertainment. With 20 golf courses in Pinellas County and 6 in St. Pete proper, your game will be stronger than ever.

Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski-enough said.

So there it is, a pretty spectacular list. Not to brag, but we woke up this morning in a place most people dream of when deciding on a vacation destination. So come join us-it’s only getting better.-MP
